at the Crescent Gallery, 158 Main St., Thomaston.
“Back to Nature” showcases Bill’s artwork along with
his fellow painters, the Ten-2-One Artists.

The Crescent Gallery is open every Thursday, 10:00am to 1:00pm for an “Open Studio Session”. We invite everyone to stop in & visit, see what the Ten-2-One Artists are working on, and view the wonderful artwork in the current gallery show.

We will be also be open one hour before show times of the Landmark Theatre production of “The Miracle Worker”:

The Waterbury Hospital Corridor is blossoming with art by the Ten-2-One Artists. This exhibit is sure to enchant you and features eleven of our artists who paint in a variety of mediums and styles.

Hosted by the Waterbury Hospital Auxiliary Inc. which is a non-profit organization, and the oldest of its kind in Connecticut. Since 1983 the Auxiliary has contributed more than $1 million to Waterbury Hospital for equipment, expansion of facilities and patient services. The Auxiliary operates the hospital Gift Shop, holds a holiday greeting card fundraisers, operates the Art Corridor, supports hospital fundraising events and provides knitted hats, blankets and hats to newborn babies, among other activities. Since 1990 the Auxiliary has provided scholarships to students pursuing health related education.

The Ten-2-One Artists will be featuring a special exhibit of artwork by Bob Brophy at the Crescent Gallery, 158 Main St., Thomaston. Public is welcome & light refreshments will be shared.

Bob Brophy, is a long time resident of the Plymouth - Thomaston area who has been active in many local art groups. Currently, he represents the Ten-2-One Artists on the board of the Fine Arts Connection of Thomaston. Much of Bob's work centers around local landscapes and architecture but his favorite subjects are old cars and trucks left to rust away. Bob's masterful style has captivating brushwork and although this show, of over 40 pieces, highlights his acrylic pieces - he has also worked in oil and watercolor. He studied under Watertown artist Julie Hickcox in oil, watercolor and acrylic.

"Pathways" will showcase Bob's work along with his fellow painters, The Ten-2-One Artists. The Crescent Gallery will also be open one hour before show times of the Landmark Theatre production of “The Chorus Line” which runs March 30-April 14. And, you can meet the artists, at the gallery, every Thursday from 10am-1pm during their Open Studio Sessions.
